I regret to say that even with 100K to 250K per year and a place to work today, I confess, my technology is stuck in rodents or at best small animals for the next 3-5 years. I have only had a few attempts at a xenograft mouse model with my immune barrier and little or no interest, as yet. The patents run out in 10 years and then it will be free to the public. I guess, if the LCT primate studies pan out, they will be in the forefront with a device for the majority of diabetics. The challenge is and has been research funding!
