I don't think the point is to prevent the cloning of another Chopin or Hitler on ethical grounds. The point is to avoid the creation of a very sick and diseased twin of Chopin or Hitler.
We have no idea if a clone will suffer physical or mental deficits as a result of being cloned from adult DNA. There is some speculation that Dolly was less than healthy as a result of her method of creation.
Until these dynamics are known and understood, it would be immoral to risk the creation of a thinking, feeling human being who may face a short and painful life, and to do it only for our own egos and curiousity.
