same house - diabetes environment - 3 kids

Hi Al, Klausen and anyone with some in depth knowledge. My wife and I need a bit of reassurance here.

We lived in a 70 year old bungalow for many years. @ years ago my oldest boy - then 5 - became diabetic. My second son 2 years younger is prediabetic and a coeliac. My wife's father is diabetic type 1.

We sold the house a year later and yesterday the new ownwers 9 year old boy became diabetic. This just seems to odd and we feel somewhat guilty - as if there is a reasonn for this.

Could someone shed any light on this - and believe me it would be very appreciated.
