I'm in the study and haven't seen "jack" as of 50-60 days. However, I laugh as I openly tell you that I'm most likely getting the placebo:-)
Your post was well written. You should go back to college and get a pharma degree or Biochem/Biology. You'd make a nice candidate for clinical trials work. Keep up the good writing. ALWAYS question anything of scienc. I agree with you about the dosage. I suspect something good will come from this Phase II study and suspect that the dosage will be upped.
They need to combine INGAP with a Growth Factor. I'll keep it simple like that. I'm sure they are already looking into this combination, as you see, Transition therapeutics in Canada has been on this path for a while now and it looks much more exciting than INGAP.
