Double-blind only means the "subject" and the Dr./Physicians Assistant/Study nurse, at the site where INGAP is given out, don't know who is getting what. P & G knows---ICON does lab work and then sends it to P & G. I don't think P & G uses a CRO to do their work, but it so, then they too would not know who is getting what.
