Try it you will like it. I've only been on benfotiamine for about two weeks but I can tell you the tingling and pin pricks have stopped. Take B6 and b12 along with it. I still have numbness but not as bad and am hoping after a while it will decrease. They say it could take 6 weeks or more to feel the effects.If you don't know where to get benfotiamine E-Mail me and I will give you the address.
