Here is my favorite sentence: "Applying not only telephone but also fax, e-mail and computers in modern diabetes care should facilitate applications of these psychological, educational and medical models to improve short-term and long-term diabetes treatment outcomes." Not only telephone BUT fax, email, etc. What a fantastic revelation! Wow! Guess that one sentence really captures most of the technological revolution communication modalities incumbent as catalytic elements to reinvent the diabetic paradigm and encourage affirmative destinational end results within the construct and model cohorts studied and impacted. ;--)
