Guess they are saying that the mice had first received human islet cells. And the following treatment with growth hormon, made somehow these cells multiply. Since even we IDDM type-1s still have the abillity to regenerate the islet cells, are a more massive regeneration rate of these mightbe a 'cure' for us. Or so goes their theory I think?
