I think it's VITAL for parents of potential patients (young siblings) to know of all possible side effects before deciding whether or not to put their children into an experimental protocol. "Rash, fever and ANEMIA" are not something to discount. (I look forward to reading the full article, not just the abstract.)
Obviously adults can make these decisions on their own for their own bodies.
