no antibodies?

Hi my name is MIke ive been type 1 diabetic for 5 years. i just had a c-peptide test taken to distinguish between type 1and 2. my doctor said that my situation is strange because there are no antibodies present? can someone tell me if this is good or what? but my c-peptide levels were low? please help
