2. Are any of those contributors providers of goods or services to people with diabetes?
3. Exactly what is the reason for asking people to register before entering the forum?
4. How will the registrant's information be used? Please be very specific.
Sorry to sound so suspicious, but if this is not a commercial venture out to make money from diabetes and gather market intelligence, then there should be no problem for you to provide the information requested.
