How long before the animal rights extremists, underemployed bioethicists, self-appointed spiritual interpreters, ambitious greens, and dim-witted government bureaucrats unite to defeat Dr Wright's initiative? Our best hope lies in the fact that these noisy little people have no sense of logical consistency, and may be distracted by some other benign target on which to stake their careers and raise money.
