Steve, I agree wholeheartedly with your thoughts on this. Wonder if we pricked his fingers everyday for blood samples in the middle of the night and gave him 4+ injections a day of insulin if it would dawn on him what/who the true bogeyman in reality is! It seems the potential benefits of Xeno far outweigh the potential risks. A question I have though regarding a porcine virus, should a human with transplanted pig islets get the virus, would the virus be communicable to others, like the Aids virus if you will? What are the symptons of being infected with the porcine virus, do you die like being infected with full blown aids? Any thoughts by you are others would be appreciated. Many thanks
