I hope the initial comments were not made by Ayden. Clearly Ayden is someone who has tried to raise consciousness about diabetes and I would hope that he would be above such comments. They comments were personally hurtful to me and were certainly not productive with regard to the credibility of whoever wrote them or more generally, to promoting the cause of finding a cure for diabetes.
