Paragraph 1...I was clarifying to your stating that it wasn't a "parallel" situation--not bringing it up out of the blue.

Lack of oxygen was due to the mother having heart failure. No ifs ands or buts.

It's really not that complicated! And it isn't a personal war of words! (smile)

Where it is parallel: the parent and doctor stopped the lives, then can legally donate cells or organs to federally funded research. But if banned, they can't stop the lives and donate discarded invitro embryos. How can one be legal and not the other?
