Therese, you're the one who seems to have a problem with reality. The 2 cases you presented were not parallel at all. One was a tragic accident involving babies on life support with apparently no optimistic prognosis. The other involved an embryo intentionally stored in a test tube with a very optimistic prognosis, given a chance for nine months in a womb. I'm sorry you can't see that but the situations are not parallel.
