Good job with these sheets!!! I can't wait to see the results when islets are encapsulated

Dr. Ricordi as always contended that all cells shed antibodies which are small enought to get through encapsulation devices.

These antigens attract antibodies.

Do these antigens pose a challenge in keeping the sheet free of fibrosis? If the encapsulated cells are porcine, would the hyperacute attack of the antigens pose problems to the sheet?

I hope not, but thought that I would ask.

Thanks
