Actually, they do give references demonstrating hypoglycaemic effects of some of the ingedients (usually on cells or in animal models, and mainly in obscure journals).
But certainly no good evidence that Antibetic itself has a measurable effect. And, being a 'herbal cure', no testing for any side effects. Remember, 'natural' doesn't equate to 'safe'. Plenty of poisons are derived from plants.....
