My response has nothing to do with Lupus. I do want to state that I get horrible migraines if I have anything that has Nutrasweet - and it's in plenty of products that are NOT sugar free. My daughter also responds the same way to this product. My son, the one with the diabetes, does not seem to have the same reaction, although now with the pump, he never uses any sugar free products.
