Some of you have listened to me kevetch about lack of insulin choice here on TIF, and others may have been directly affected by the recent discontinuation of Lilly's Iletin I mixed beef pork insulin and thought you were a lone voice in the wilderness.
Whatever the case, the October 31 issue of the Indianapolis Star (the town that is Eli Lilly and Company), has given me and other insulin choice supporters our 5 minutes/pages of fame with Jeff Swiatek's compassionate coverage of our loss in his article, Lilly draws wrath over discontinued insulin.
It's good to be heard occassionally. :)
