On your news page it says "August 27, 1999. I have just returned from the IPITA (International Pancreas and Islet
Transplantation Association) meeting is Sydney, Australia. About 200 islet and pancreas
transplantation researchers attended. In a few days I will post a report on the conference,
including recent developments in islet and bio-artificial pancreas research. I talked to many
people (quite a few people have seen our website!) and I expect that we will have some
new collaborations in sheet studies."
