I agree with Sandra that you should send this letter off to those who played key roles in the reports creation and publication- Kahn, Varmus, Nethercutt, etc.
Haven't had much time lately to read up on anything cure related, but I did put my dibs in to have the full report sent to me. Thanks to you, I have an eloquent detailing anyway!
One thing about such a report is that it gives us something concrete to sink our teeth into- supportive, critical, or something in between. That's more than we've ever had before as far as I know.
