You could always e-mail him.I beleive his e-mail address was listed near his name during the forum.It would be interesting to hear his response.
BTW, our two children are under the care of his office. We see the other endo there, but they all follow the intensive care regimen. Our kids are doing well and our son is actually in a better place psychologically now then he was on a less intense regimen. He hated how he felt with the swinging blood sugars and he was very frustrated that he was doing all the right things and still couldn't get through the day without a high or a low.
