Found some addresses at the CDC (Center for Disease
Control )site:

Go to: www.cdc.gov

for a better view…... and perhaps
to e-mail the US CDC - to be informed of a viewpt. you
wish to discuss.

I do not think that the onset /diagnosis is reported to
the CDC; and I think it should be....to better formulate
the "environmental trigger" as stated at this site...
