Well seriously...I noticed that too and the only thing I can think of is that they don't consider email as a legitimate source of correspondence or perhaps the folks at Creators.com didn't forward the emails to Landers. I don't know, but I was surprised that DI didn't challenge them on that given the overwhelming evidence to the contrary on this website alone not to mention the Insulin Pumpers mailing list (but I just mentioned them didn't I?).
