I've given this a lot of thought, dreaming really, and I was wondering if anyone would agree with me on what the ideal glucometer would be.
I think it would be small, the shape of a magnifying glass, with the reading area the size of a watch. We could easily carry it on a keychain. When we wanted to take a reading we would simply hold it against our skin and it would use infra-red to give a reading of our glucose levels. There would not be any strips or any other costs. Just the initial glucometer. Readings would be convenient and could be done anywhere, even while you are driving.
What do you guys think?
