I'd just like to toss something in the middle of this CDA bash-fest for everyone to think about.
Everyone who has ever worked for the CDA, works there now or will work there in the future is involved in a huge conspiracy with the Pharma-Corps and the Masons to make sure diabetes is never cured.
Sound a bit silly? Look over the last dozen posts and notice how not one of them ever referred to a human being when referring to the CDA. It's easy to demonize that which has no face: it's one of the oldest methods of warfare.
I am not saying that the people who run the CDA are all interested in the same goal this group is, but neither are they all uniformly against it. I have worked for both the CDA and the JDF, and in my opinion, they both do a lot of good work. They also both fall on their faces sometimes.
So, when you feel the need to flame or attack ANY organization, do yourself, and your credibility a big favour by naming names or committees, and offer specific details. If you don't, you risk being brushed aside as a "fringe" group with no credibility.
It's easy to throw all our venom at a big target. Find a target before shooting, and make your points count.
