I checked out the chat page, and it appears this guy is a big-time bioethics dude. I suspect the main issues will be the ethics of xeno (animal rights, etc.) and the possible dangers to the general public (a la Bach) as well as protocols for tracking donor recipients - not specific research directions. I think it would be a good idea to participate, just to see what sorts of issues may present problems and get a feel for what the other participants think. I won't be able to participate because I'll be at work, first of all, and our internet stuff has firewalls, secondly. They will publish the transcript, I assume, so I can review that. I hope some of you non-firewalled folks can be there...
