Makes you wonder, doesn't it? Maybe it's simply the so-typical problem of accurate information not being disseminated to the "worker bees" who answer the phone. We all know that happens all the time. On the other hand, marketing hype is spewed continuously by CEOs on down. Too bad we don't have a Popeil Pocket Polygraph.
