your further investigation into the Santa Barbara Project or your shared undestanding of the project was much appreciated by me especially. It sounds like a great idea and I hope it comes to pass with enough money being raised. A centralized data base for islet cell transplantation development would so hasten the process. I had posted phone number email address to contact for further information on this program and the researchers involved with the islet cell foundation site unfortunately the information was not met with any enthusiam, only by those who contacted me privately. Jocelyn the development manager for Santa Barbara Project seemed very interested in just letting the diabetic community know that the project was attempting to get off the ground and where they were in terms of organizational meetings and fund raising. I would have written to you directly but saw no email address listed.
