If you'd followed the postings here lately, you'd have seen that it's all been about VivoRx, not Encelle. And since Al recently stated that any money should be sent directly to researchers of our choice, not to TIF, I find if very difficult to understand what your point even is.

This is a sharing of information. If you don't like it, don't participate. No one here is the least bit concerned that Al has invested in a technology that we all believe stands to greatly improve the suffering of diabetes. In fact, it adds to his credibility that he's willing to put his own money into the research. He's done what many of us here wish we could do, but do not have the financial means to do it.

Is your point in continuing these smears, (ie: "It seems a bit suspect") against Al to have us say, "Gee, Al believes so strongly in encapsulated islet transplantation research, even investing his own hard-earned money into a company who is working on this technology, that he should not be president of a foundation that was created to bring islet research to human trials?"

Sounds a little wacky to me.
