Dear Steve:
What exactly is your problem with Insulin Free World. I thought that the objective was to do all possible to find a cure. I happen to read both web sites and speak to both Deb and Al and find both to be dedicated advocates for a cure. maybe it would be in your best interest to e-mail Deb and get to know her before you run around making all these accusations. I plan to go to the conference in St. louis not to invest in transplants or drugs but to hear what these most renowned researchers have to say about the future of islets and what it could mean for my child. You seem to be too involved in conspiracy theories. i don't think Deb was on the grassy knoll. Get over it and try doing something constructive like handing out photo card campaign leaflets or contacting your congressman and requesting that monies be spent on a cure. I say it again In fighting weakens our cause for a cure and makes the diabetic community look bad. The avenues to a cure should be explored and not shouted down because one person doesn't like it. And incidentally pal I am no coward. Only the uninformed are cowards. I would say you are uninformed about the people to so freely choose to slander.
