Sandra and Kelly,

I think ANY parent of a diabetic child would like to see a non-invasive glucose meter. I would like to have one, too, for ME. No parent wants to see their child hurt, much less wants to have to hurt their child. However, I can't agree with government or non-profit money going toward this sort of thing when private enterprise can supply so many more bucks and make a profit from it. I wish I had a crystal ball to see which company/ies will come up with it so I could buy lots of stock. Even if islet cell transplants work, it will take many years before it would be the standard treatment. I'd be able to retire much sooner!
