You are supposed to be heading up a group of rational people who want to go to Washington to speak CALMLY to their representatives.
Most responsible people when they are angry(at least in my neck of the woods)usually count to 10 before acting or speaking..especially when what they are doing or saying can be construed to represent the thoughts and actions of a larger group.
I do not think you are speaking for anyone here at TIF or for anyone in the mainstream diabetic community in general. If you are, then stop and think of our ultimate goal....more funding geared towards CURE research gained through the proper channels using the power of numbers, not any form of violence!!
Think about what happened to the pro-life movement when they started using scare tactics and eventually physical violence..People looked at them as crazies and the group as a whole lost their credibilty because of a few.
Watch what you say. You may be speaking for more than just yourself!!
