Aw, geez! Now I feel like a heel. And probably rightfully so. Especially after all those nice compliments. :)
I think you hit it when you said "the frustrated one that's writing these kinds of messages." With the emphasis on frustrated. From a self analytical view, maybe I am lashing out or wanting to blame a faceless 'someone else' in an effort to try to make some kind of sense as to WHY we do not have a usable cure or, at least, therapy. My statements really serve no constructive purpose. It was my intent to chide some of the media and medical community for perpetuation of false myths. I may have slipped right in with them without realizing it.....
Hopefully discussions on last weeks JDF/NASA conference will help to re-energize my outlook and spirit!
By the way, "darn skippy,"-- I like that one! :)
