Yes, I agree: the service has been great. I have asked for various lab reports from him, which look fair enough. But there is no real way of actually knowing the truth, unless you get it tested by a third party yourself. In this case, I live in the UK, that seems to be a surprisingly hard thing to do! Does anyone feel like getting it tested? I am still going to persevere with a test and will let people know the results...
